Essay on A Picnic party || for Board exams
It was the month of January and some of my friends had arranged a picnic party.
The venue chosen for the party was the Qutub Minar, New Delhi, that is historically very important.
We decided to have our breakfast, lunch and evening tea there. So, we packed our food and went to the picnic spot after lengthy (time-taking) travel duration.
The day was fine with clouds, hovering in the sky.
We reached the Qutub Minar at 10:00 a.m. . We had tea alongwith some snacks. One of my friends had a good
selfie camera with which he clicked many memorable and adoring pictures.
The lush green lawns surrounding the Qutub and other shady trees make this place a natural spot full of life, history, and beauty.

We had the wonderful positive vibes and goosebumps seeing the architecture.
We enjoyed there very much by singing, reciting, etc..

Student from distant villages leave their houses and come to city hostels to stay for studies.
The hostel rooms have a bed, a cupboard, a chair, a library and a study lamp for each students.
The students get meals at regular intervals.
A superintendent takes care of the hostel administration, the students have to become self-dependent.
They share their belongings. But, they miss love, affection and care of the family.
The food is also not always good.
In the hostel, a student has to lead a much disciplined life.
A student who lives in a hostel is free from ordinary anxieties and cares.
He/she can concentrate his mind fully on his studies.
Hostel life is a memorable period of one's whole student life.
In spite of all, hostel life has its own fun, it helps us to grow independently, it leads to overall development.
